Dr. J. David Jackson
Chairman and Founder
Dr. Jackson is an authentic leader and coach who has a 25 year successful track record in leading companies like Xerox, IBM, and Verizon. He has led groups of executives in myriad of developmental situations and has been an individual and organizational consultant. Over the last two decades his work has emphasized coaching leaders to maximize personal effectiveness which has resulted in creating positive impacts to overall organizational effectiveness. He is very adept at understanding and implementing the critical successful factors that are necessary to achieve effective organizational and individual change. His other passion has been in life long learning and helping other leaders become more effective by guiding them through a process of self discovery.
Dr. Jackson holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Akron, a Master’s in Business Administration from Capital University, a graduate of the IBM University Executive Program, a Certificate of Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding University, a Doctorate from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University. His doctoral research focused on leadership behaviors associated with performance results. He is a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) instructor as well as the Clark- Wilson 360 design instrument. He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
